HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
There are three big factors in what “it” will cost; your garment blank, your design to be printed, and how many of them you want to print. If you’re working on a budget, please let us know, and we’ll happily walk you through some options.
WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUMS?
Our minimum print run for any 1 design is 12 garments.
HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET SHIRTS THROUGH YOU?
We strive to have a standard turnaround time of 2-3 business days.
Keep in mind that your turnaround time won’t begin until we’ve worked with you to finalize an invoice and layout, and received a 50% deposit to put your order on our production schedule. If you need shirts sooner than that, please let us know right away so that we can see if we can accommodate for your needs. In the instances that we are able to, we may need to charge you a rush fee.
WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We happily accept Cash, Check or Credit Card. We do not use Paypal, apple pay or crypto-currency.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO ME?
Yes, while our default is to assume you’ll swing by the shop to pick up your shirts, we’re happy to ship your shirts to you. We’ll gladly ship to any BZ address via Tropic air, Maya Island air & BPMS only. Once the invoice has been paid in full. Shipping time is not considered part of our turnaround time.
DO YOU SOURCE THE GARMENTS OR CAN I BRING MY OWN?
We prefer to source the garments for a print run, however if you've already purchased your garments we'll be happy to walk you through what printing on those might look like. In cases like this, please keep in mind that printing is a "spoilage-prone" industry, and when you provide the garments we cannot replace them in the case that anything goes wrong.
I'VE GOT MY ART-FILES, BUT I NEED TO HAVE IT TWEAKED A LITTLE, CAN YOU DO THAT?
Well, lets see. We're happy to take a look at what you've got and what you need, and then help create a plan for how to accomplish that. Shoot our art department an email with your art-file as it is now and we'll be happy to get back to you STAT firstname.lastname@example.org
